Return and Refund Policy

Digital Downloads
All digital download purchases are non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds once the download link has been generated.
Your download link will remain active for a limited time after purchase, with a configurable number of maximum downloads. If your link has expired and you have not yet downloaded your files, please contact us and we will assist you.
Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand (POD) items are made to order and produced specifically for you by our print partner. Because of this, POD products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged print-on-demand product, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@greystreetpress.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
